  • "Beautiful property with stunning views."

We stayed during the winter but could imagine how fantastic it would be during spring/summer months sitting on the veranda. The property was like a home from home very comfortable and had all the mod cons - just missed some extra pillows for beds. Not to be picky but some blinds wouldn’t have gone a miss as the low winter sun was blinding in the lounge area. Location is perfect as within walking distance to all amenities and beaches. The hill was a challenge for my elderly parents, but after a few stops and it was fine. We could see the outside of the property was still under construction as a handrail is still needed for the outside front steps and the backyard is not enclosed currently. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful house!!

  • "We had one of the best christmases ever at this beautiful spacious home, which accommodated all 10 of us plus our dog."

It was beautifully, festively, decorated and had everything we needed. The only negatives were no microwave, or blinds/curtains in the living room, but apart from these, we couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend. Thankyou for making it a very special christmas in such an amazing home!

After parking your car, you’re immediately drawn up a set of steps to the front patio—an elevated vantage point that offers breath taking panoramic views of the sea, the Snowdonia Mountains, and both Criccieth and Harlech Castles.

This is more than just an entrance; it’s a moment to pause, breathe in the fresh coastal air, and take in the scenery that makes this property truly special.

With outdoor furniture perfectly positioned, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking up the surroundings at any time of day.

The property’s contemporary white exterior and large windows hint at the light-filled spaces within.

Step inside to the kitchen/diner, where a wooden dining table seats ten guests, perfect for gathering over a hearty meal.

Fire up the gas range cooker and let the aromas of your favourite dishes fill the space.

Once the meal is served, gather around the table to share stories and laughter long into the evening.

Afterward, pop the dishes in the dishwasher and pour a chilled bottle from the wine chiller as you admire the sea and castle views through the expansive windows.

A utility room with washer/dryer ensures convenience throughout your stay, while a cloakroom with WC and basin is thoughtfully positioned nearby.

The sitting room invites you to unwind in comfort.

Bi-folding doors open onto the patio, framing spectacular sea views, while warm tones and elegant décor create a tranquil atmosphere.

Settle into the plush seating, switch on the large wall-mounted Smart TV, and enjoy your favourite shows as the sun dips below the horizon.

As the evening draws in, retreat to one of three beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms on the ground floor.

Each features wooden panelled feature walls and its own en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

One of these rooms also boasts a private balcony with stunning views, offering a peaceful spot to begin or end your day.

Ascend the stairs to discover two twin bedrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.

One enjoys views of the castle and sea, while the other looks out to the majestic Snowdonia Mountains.

A plush family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the upper level—perfect for a relaxing soak before bed.

Whether you're enjoying a picnic, reading in the sun, or watching the stars emerge, the wonderful patio space is designed for relaxation and connection.
