  • "Fantastic location right on the beach with wonderful views."

The property has everything you need. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after several walks during the week. This was our second visit here and we’re already planning to visit again. We highly recommend this wonderful property

  • "Lovely welcome on arrival from friendly helpful owner."

Even supplied my husband with a fishing rod as he had not fetched his. The appartment itself was comfortable with everything you could need provided. Smart TV wifi etc for the darker evenings. And the location directly on the beach was perfect for a view from the decked seating area or of course the excellent hot tub. An ideal place for a family holiday. We definitely plan to return.

  • "Beautiful property in a terrific location."

Hot tub was amazing, the views were second to none. The property has absolutely everything you might need and more. Don't wait to try the chippy, the food was great. A great welcome from the owner who looked after us superbly. Thanks Huw, can't wait to come back.

  • "We had a brilliant week here, often bathed in sunshine when the rest of Snowdonia was being rained on."

It lived up to its name - we loved drinking Prosecco in the hot tub to the sound of the sea, eating dinner on the balcony to the sound of the sea, and falling asleep in our beds to the sound of the sea. 10/10 from us.

  • "Absolutely lovely apartment, right on the shore line at Dinas Dinlle."

The location couldn't have been better, and the hot tub, especially at sunset was idyllic. Not too far either to reach other towns and places in North Wales and the Llyn Peninsula. There were a few niggles in the apartment (which, ironed out would make this 5 stars instead of 4 for me), and the heating just seemed to work when it wanted, but otherwise a very pleasant stay was had by all.

Thank you for your feedback. When I spoke to you during your stay, you only mentioned 1 niggle, the tap in the kitchen. The heating was on 24hrs a day, but it is thermostatically controlled, so maybe that's why it was not on. If you would have popped into the shop downstairs, we could have looked at the heating. If we don't know we cant sort it. May i suggest if in future you have niggles to complain about ,that you communicate with the owners or managers on the day, so that they can be sorted out. thank you Property Owner

  • "Had a lovely week."

Had an issue with hot tub towards the end of the holiday which was disappointing after all the money we paid. We also had our travel cot removed toward to end of our holiday for no Reason?

Thank you for your feedback .Pleased you had a lovely week. The issue with the hot tub was, as you are aware ,that it had a large amount of sand in it,we could not leave it on or the pump would have broken, which would have meant that we would have had to replace the hot tub. We did offer ,to empty and clean the hot tub for a fee,but you refused. As for the travel cot,we were not aware that you were using it, Property Owner

The Welsh name of the house " Swn y Mor " , which means " the sound of the sea ", fits perfectly. We felt very comfortable as a family and had a great time. The house is a pearl on the beach: spacious, lovingly furnished and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

About the location

Caernarfon 5 miles.

Dinas Dinlle is a superb coastal resort renowned for its family fun and watersports (mainly wind and kite surfing) on its long sandy Blue Flag beach. It has an Iron age hill fort and Roman ruins on a National Trust area just by the beach. The small Caernarfon Aerodrome is located at the far end of the beach and is great for pleasure flights or to visit the Airworld Aviation Museum for an afternoon. Dinas Dinlle is located near the quaint Welsh village of Llandwrog and Glynllifon Country Park, winner of a Green Flag award, described as one of Wales' best kept secrets. Glynllifon Park was once Lord Newborough's private garden and is today home to Grade I listed gardens and is a designated S.S.S.I. boasting Victorian follies, streams, fountains, wonderful tree trails, craft shops and The Glynllifon Mansion. Nearby is historic Caernarfon, a popular tourist spot with its magnificent 13th Century castle and well preserved town walls. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and a golf course, and is close to the lovely beaches of the Isle of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula as well as the mountains and rivers of the Snowdonia National Park.
