Mostyn View is a beautifully-presented, newly-refurbished townhouse located in the heart of West Kirby, on the Wirral peninsula.This modern coastal retreat offers breathtaking views over the Dee Estuary and North Wales, making it the perfect haven for families or groups of friends seeking a fabulous seaside escape.

There is a large eat-in kitchen, a dining room which seats 8+ and a comfortable living room with a private terrace overlooking the Marine Lake.

The property has five bedrooms, two king-size and three doubles, a large family bathroom with freestanding bath, and a smaller bathroom with WC, basin and shower.

Patio doors in the kitchen open onto a walled courtyard garden with table and chairs, and step-free access to the property from Albert Road - handy for bikes and pushchairs.

The town of West Kirby is full of shops and restaurants, including a large supermarket and numerous cafes and coffee shops.

There are regular trains from West Kirby railway station to Liverpool and Chester and buses to most other parts of the Wirral run from the station, which is a ten-minute walk from the house. The beach at West Kirby is a short walk along the promenade, beach towels are provided.

Bikes can be hired from Bikes and Boards on Banks Road, a two minute walk from the house and various water sport activities on the Marine Lake are available to book via Wirral Watersports Centre.
