  • "The hot tub jets kept coming off in the hot tub the check out morning they was ..."

    The hot tub jets kept coming off in the hot tub the check out morning they was emptying hot tub at 845 staring through our windows when we don’t have to checkout until 10am felt like we was getting rushed out very strange we should have the full property until 10am like stated the dog or kids could of got out very easily so was not happy with that and there was ants in the large bedroom and shower was full of limescale

  • "We loved the log cabin."

    Very cozy and comfy and the log fire was so nice. Place was clean n tidy home from home feel. Hot tub was a winner from my son. Oven was dirty so we couldn't use it. I would not recommend booking through sykes cottages though not very helpful

  • "First time visitors, beautiful cabin and surroundings."

    Well maintained, clean and a lovely little welcome pack. 2 minute walk away to a huge mill shop . Would highly recommend this dog friendly holiday home.

  • "Hi would of given this a 5 star but for minor faults."

    Freezer needed defrosting. Cushions poor condition. Tap in kitchen hard to use. Decking and building needed power washing, especially the area around the hot tub (lots of dog dirt). Lots of dead flies on window sills. We found the suite to be to low for us (hard to get up out of seating) but that's our age. Excellent points. Your properties are in an excellent place, nice and quiet and within easy reach of things to do and visit. Very nice and big inside. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

  • "My colleague and I took a gentleman we support for a short break at the Buck cabin Friday, Saturday and sunday."

    It was easy to find and we got in early as the cleaners had finished. Everything had been thought of, hoover iron and board, mop bucket, all kitchen items plus dishwasher. Nice television, games and books, bedding and towels and oofcourse the Hot tub! Central to get to Llandudno and Rhyl, Chester not far away. Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons, Coop all near by. Only very small negative was we could smell ' dogs'. Maybe it was the rug infront of the log burner? But not that it spoiled the break at all. Lovely surroundings, tranquil and peaceful and some lovely walks. Did speak to a very nice man who had put the heating on for us and left logs for the burner. Would definitely recommend.

St Asaph, though small, was awarded city status in 2012, even though it boasts a population of little over 3500 occupants. Lying in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales, St Asaph enjoys a strategic location overlooking the rivers Clwyd and Elwy. The city offers delightful riverside parkland and a children’s play area with picturesque river walks where you may see kingfishers, sparrow hawks and buzzards. St Asaph is home to a historic cathedral, dating back 1400 years in areas and holding the reputation of being the smallest, ancient cathedral in Britain. It is also renowned as the location where the Bible was translated into Welsh in the 16th century. In September, the city comes alive with the arrival of the North Wales International Music festival, which takes place across numerous locations, culminating for the last few years in a television finale, broadcast from the cathedral.
