Shame the first choice property was cancelled at 17:30 the day before check in. This was compiled further after being given an emergency contact number to resolve our booking which was a maintenance number! Overall very poor service from Sykes but fortunately the property has at least salvaged some positives.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The group of three properties was truly remote and enjoyed a fabulous location. It was comfortable and well kitted out and it was large. We had the master bedroom with the on suite and the bed was SO comfy! Hot tub was fabulous and we met some on site staff who were all really friendly. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Thank you. A couple of things we found not so great… General cleanliness wasn’t of a high standard, felt like the property would really benefit from a regular deep clean. We found the fridge quite small, the space in the kitchen could be better utilised providing a larger fridge and perhaps an additional wine fridge too. No many pots and pans available for cooking, perhaps a list could be provided so guests knew to bring extra if needed. The living room is a great size but there isn’t really enough seating for 6 people to sit and lounge comfortably, would be better to have more sofas/chairs. The hanging chairs felt decorative rather than useful. Providing a light and easy to use stick for opening the Velux windows would be handy.
