"This property should properly be advertised as having steps inside the ground floor as there is a deep step down from the entrance to the kitchen and then two more from the kitchen to the living room."
This was not ideal when having mobility problems and using a wheelchair. The cottage is advertised as having WiFi. But it's shared wifi for the whole site and quite simply does not work reliably. Upstairs double bed in main bedroom was so low to the floor and we had to use the twin room with normal height beds to get decent sleep. This property is still ideal for a base but please must be described properly.

Wasn't clean saw behind the toilet a cotton bud, behind the drawer upstairs a 5p coin, when you have a shower it leaks downstairs even though the floor wasn't that wet to justify the leaks, electric shower front coming away told them on Wednesday didn't repair it although it's electric and near shower head really dangerous told them that but obviously not interested in other peoples safety
