  • "This appartment is really well laid out and is spotless."

It has not been long open and so all the fixtures and fittings are new. It is located ideally for the South Beach in Bridlington and also the town centre with all it's amenities. We had a couple of minor problems whilst there but George the owner turned up promply and sorted them out. I have given the comfort icon only a 3 but only due to to the seating which is not particularly comfortable if you are of a certain age and do not tend to go out for long periods in the evening, we discussed this with George so he is aware of this point. We only used the King sized bed which was nice a comfortable and had acres of room. Overall a lovely place to stay and we will be visiting again in the future.

  • "Apartment was welcoming and clean."

The view was great. The service was on the ball George the owner and his son could not do enough to make our stay welcoming. Only a few things needed eg coat hooks, draft excluder. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends.
