“Had a really lovely week at Kittiwake Cottage, the location is spot-on, with the car parking space being a real bonus.”

The only slight issue was the overall cleanliness of property, being just a little below expectation, the cleaners could be more thorough and spend a little more time making this place perfect.

The property

You even have an off-road parking space for one car outside, something that is very much sough-after in Whitby.

There are regular events and activities held here throughout the year, you can pay a visit to Whitby Museum, which hosts many artefacts from around the world and the art gallery features a series of permanent collections.

Head to the town centre for shops, pubs, the bustling harbour and imposing abbey ruins, reached by climbing the iconic 199 steps.
