The property

Oak Waterside Spa is a characterful, timber-clad lodge nestled in the peaceful countryside on Woodland Lakes Holiday Park near Thirsk, Yorkshire.

With an on-site car park and EV charging available, it’s a practical base for families or friends looking to spend time together in a tranquil setting.

Step through the door and you’ll find a single-storey layout designed for ease and flow.

Three bedrooms, one king-size and two twins, offer space to unpack and settle in.

A bathroom with a bath and overhead shower sits alongside a separate shower room, where a walk-in shower and washing machine add to the lodge’s thoughtful touches.

The heart of the lodge is its open-plan living space.

Here, the kitchen wraps around the corner with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, grill, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ready for everything from quick breakfasts to evening meals.

A kettle and toaster ease you into the morning, while the breakfast bar offers a casual spot to perch.

For more leisurely dining, the table invites everyone to gather, with a TV nearby for background entertainment.

Outside, the enclosed decking is a natural extension of the living space.

Whether you’re enjoying a quiet drink, dining alfresco, or slipping into the hot tub beneath the stars, it’s a space to savour the fresh air and stillness.
