  • "A warm cosy annex set in remote and tranquil surroundings."

    I found it to be a good location for venturing into northumberlands national park or across to it's east coast for beautiful sandy beaches. Plenty of local walks and attractions also to do and see.

    Thank you so much for your kind comments The Annexe is a perfect small property as mentioned in the Sykes advert -I believe for short stays as a base for walkers & guests rather than a place to spend lots of time for a weeks booking .. I’m sorry the facilities & comfort were not up to your expectations But I feel we are great value for money & that there is as much home making equipment as possible in the small space All comments are appreciated Property Owner

    It's been lovely time staying in The Annexe great for parking and no stairs we enjoyed the welcome pack which was a lovely start it was nice warm and cozy for the two of us the beds were highly comfortable and made a good night's sleep after a day of touring it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay

  • "The annex was a perfect little home for us for the weekend, lovely and peaceful and keep In excellent order, it is a small property but plenty big enough for two people and we also have a large greyhound and we was all very comfy."
