  • "We had a lovely stay at Y Bwthyn and with family living locally, we will definitely look to book the cottage again."

The cottage is in an immaculate condition with great facilities - our girls loved being able to run about in the garden. Craig and Bethan were responsive in any communication we had with them and you could tell a lot of love has gone into making the cottage a home from home. Would highly recommend!

  • "The original cottage has been extended into a modern, well organised and comfortable accommodation, which is easy to maintain."

The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare simple meals and along with some very acceptable goodies, tea and coffee pods are also provided. The bifolding doors leading out onto a patio and well designed garden proved to be a haven in the current hot weather. On-site parking is restricted to one small car and there is some road noise which does calm down at night. The owner was very helpful sorting out minor issues when reeded

Irene & Tony , thanks for choosing y bwthyn and thank-you for your lovely review and 5-star rating. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the cottage and garden. Just to mention, while the driveway is suitable for one car, additional parking is available on the street. Thank you for staying with us and being great guests, we hope to welcome you back again soon! Property Owner

  • "We had a 6-night stay here with my partner and toddler."

On walking in, the pictures did not do it justice. It's so much nicer in real life, and it was clean and spacious. The garden was well-maintained and great to relax in after a busy day. The cottage itself is beautiful and has a lovely vibe. We were presented on our first day with a lovely card welcoming us and a bottle of Prosecco and Welsh cakes. It comes with everything you need, from the kitchen to relaxing in the lounge area, and the area itself is quiet. We could walk into the town with no issues, which has a beach and a few shops. It's a perfect base for days out to Tenby, Mumbles, the country park, and Folly Farm. Craig, the host, is lovely and came out if we needed to and had a lovely chat with him. My toddler absolutely loved staying here and we had an amazing stay which felt like home from home. We hope to return again and thank you to Craig and Bethan for making our stay so comfortable.

Chantelle, It was a pleasure welcoming you, your partner and your little one to the cottage. We’re delighted to hear you found it even better than the photos and that enjoyed the space, garden and peaceful surroundings. It’s lovely to know the welcome gifts were appreciated and that the location worked so well for you as a base for exploring the area. We’re so happy you all felt so at home, it’s something we strive for! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and would be delighted to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Best wishes, Craig & Bethan. Property Owner

Comfortable beds and pillows. Bi folding doors leading into a very pretty garden. Situated close enough to burry port to walk along canal path, about 30 mins. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Craig and Bethan for your help and goodies.

Thank you for your lovely review. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the cottage and garden, and it was a pleasure hosting you. We’d love to welcome you back again. Best wishes, Craig & Bethan Property Owner
