  • "The standard of this apartment was first class."

Everything was exceptionally clean and good quality and the beds were comfortable. We really felt home from home. There are several restaurants and cafe's on the opposite side of the marina. There's also a large Tesco, along with a small retail park an easy level stroll away around the harbour side. The parking is very good - and it's very accessible from public transport as the bus station and railway station were both outside the Tesco store. Milford Haven is the perfect base for exploring the area. There weren't really any downsides. I read some reviews that it was noisy from the televisions in neighbouring apartments, but it seemed very quiet to us, Might be useful to have a hook for the key near the door as a reminder not to leave the apartment without it! Remembering to take out the parking permit at the end could also be an issue - but then again it was nice to be trusted and not to have notices dangling everywhere.

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback and your appreciation of the location as well as the apartment standard. Great that you have confirmed here that the apartment was quiet and not disturbed by the neighbours television. I will have a think about the key hook for my future guests and I fully appreciate the nuisance of the shared the parking permit but unfortunately that is the process we are having to work with at the moment. So pleased that you appreciate the home from home experience we try to create at Number 14. Thank you for this feedback it is valued, kindest regards, Sue. Property Owner

  • "It would have had 5star rattigan."

.But because of the noise at night from television on so loud from neighbours We would not stay there again..The flat was cleaned and tidy everything you would want. Can't fault the flat. Just the noise. In the evening.

Thank you for letting me know about the noise during your stay. I am very sorry that it disturbed your comfort and thank you for all the positive feedback. As you are aware the apartment is in a residential area away from the noise of the busy restaurants, bars and shops. The neighbours are elderly and noise from their television does occasionally carry through the walls until about 10pm. However I have stayed at the apartment and other guests have also stayed for several weeks between Christmas and the beginning of February and the evenings were very quiet. Similarly other guests have stayed in 2025 and not noticed the noise at all- . Property Owner

  • "I had a wonderful stay in your beautiful flat."

Great facilities, lovely atmosphere and a great location. The only (very) small niggle would be the lack of large saucepans. If there had been 4 of us in the flat, cooking would have been tricky.

Thank you Peter for the lovely feedback and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I shall add a couple more cooking pans to the cupboards as soon as I can. kindest regards Sue Property Owner
