  • "We had a fabulous time at Ty Gwartheg as an extended family of 9 for our Mum's special birthday."

The cottage itself is large, comfortable and really well equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. Views out to sea are stunning and a nice walk to the coast path or down to the beach are on your doorstep for the more able, the walk was too much for our octogenarian parents. We had a warm welcome from the owner, Roger, and our Mum was even given a gift and a card for her special birthday that Roger knew nothing of in advance of our arrival. So thoughful and very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again, it's perfect for a chilled family get together in a lovely comfortable cottage with stunning views and wonderful places to visit near by. 100% recommend.

Thank you so much for your kind review! Sorry I missed you when you left and thank you for leaving the cottage so tidy!! Much appreciated. Hope to see you again soon. Property Owner

  • "Very friendly and helpful host who met us."

Comfortable and cosy cottages with a lovely lawn overlooking the sea in the distance. The two families really enjoyed their stay and loved the location; no risk of children running into a road etc; very safe site.
