About the location

Inverie 3 miles; Mallaig 9.7 miles (via ferry)

Knoydart, a remote and rugged peninsula in the Scottish Highlands, offers a unique escape from the mainland as it is only accessible by boat or on foot. Nestled between Loch Nevis and Loch Hourn, this area is a haven for walkers with its four munros. The main village, Inverie, features essential amenities like a Post Office, primary school, shop, tearoom, and The Old Forge, the UK's remotest pub.
