"Absolutely beautiful location!"
The cottage was extremely comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The views from the cottage are breathtaking, especially the sunset every night. The owner was lovely and super friendly/helpful. Also the 2 pet sheep were great company and a lot of fun! Will definitely be staying again and can highly recommend staying here.

"A fantastic little cottage, great value for money."
Very comfortable, bed and sofa and a nice shower. Location was wonderful felt very rural but lots of things to do within a 30 minute drive so a great base for exploring the area. Amie with very welcoming I gave us lots of information about places to go. She left a lovely welcome treat for us which thoroughly enjoyed. Would happily come back if revisiting the area.

"Beautiful cottage."
Had a very relaxing week in this delightful peaceful place. Even though I had to spend most of it with just my pooch. We felt very comfortable and secure. The new owners couldn't do enough for us. Thankyou.

"Absolutely lovely cottage ."
Lovely though leaving coffee , milk, scones , clotted cream and homemade jam which was delicious. Only comment is that the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean as it had a lot of black mould, The vacuum cleaner smelt of wet dog and also needed to be emptied and given a good clean. Apart from that it was spotless.

MASHAM

The historic little market town of Masham is situated in the lower reaches of pretty Wensleydale alongside the River Ure. Set in gently rolling farmland, the town boasts a huge market square, where a Wednesday and Saturday market is held. There are lots of walks around the area, including a 10-mile walk along the Ure, arguably one of the best in the UK. The town boasts a good range of crafts, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs and has become best known perhaps as the home of two breweries Theakstons of Old Peculiar fame and the Black Sheep Brewery, which now brews 11 million pints of beer a year! The popular towns of Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton, Richmond and Harrogate are an easy drive away. With so much to see and do in the area, this is a great place for a holiday in all seasons
