The property

Nobles Nook is a charming dog-friendly cottage resting in the Northumberland Coast National Landscape, in the village of Seahouses.

Perfect for families or friends seeking a coastal escape boasting open-plan living, an enclosed garden and proximity to the beach and Northumberland National Park.

After parking up on the spacious driveway, guests are welcomed by a well-presented exterior and a peaceful setting that hints at the comfort within.

Step into the entrance room, where coats and boots can be tucked away after a day of exploring, before continuing into the open-plan living space, where wooden flooring flows throughout and natural light filters in.

The sitting area invites you to unwind with a good book or a film, offering a plush sofa and armchair arranged around a warming electric fire and Smart TV.

The bench-style dining seating provides a sociable spot to gather for meals, while the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with wooden countertops and everything needed to prepare your favourite dishes, including a coffee maker for slow mornings and a fridge/freezer to store local produce.

Beyond here, the external utility room offers a practical space to manage sandy clothes and walking gear.

Each of the three bedrooms are thoughtfully styled, with the ground-floor king-size featuring a TV and patio doors leading to the enclosed rear garden, while the ground-floor twin room is enhanced with coastal-themed décor.

The first floor double bedroom includes a TV, Velux windows, alongside an ensuite shower room with its own heated towel rail and Velux window.

A second shower room on the ground floor includes a light-up mirror and heated towel rail for added comfort.
