THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT
YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU
MAKE A BOOKING WITH US (WHETHER ONLINE OR BY EMAIL OR
TELEPHONE).
1. These terms and conditions are for our offer to cancel a
Booking free of charge ("Offer") and they apply in
addition to, and should be read alongside, the UK Booking Terms and
Conditions and the related policies detailed on the Site. Unless
stated otherwise, capitalised words used in these terms and
conditions will have the same meaning as that set out in the UK
Booking Terms and Conditions.
2. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions and
the UK Booking Terms and Conditions or policies conflict, the
provisions of these terms and conditions will apply.
3. The Offer is only available for Bookings where the Holiday
Period is due to start at least six weeks from the date of your
Booking and you are not required to pay all of the Rental Charges
at the time of Booking.
4. When the Offer is available, you can cancel a Booking free of
charge within 48 hours of making your Booking and the latest date
and time for free cancellation will be set out in your Booking
Confirmation ("Cancellation Period").
5. When the Offer is available alongside one of our low deposit
offers, if you make multiple Bookings for the same departure week,
the Offer will only apply to your first Booking. The Offer is not
available for any subsequent Bookings and we reserve the right to
cancel such Bookings at our discretion.
6. To cancel a Booking, you must do so online through your
account on our Site or by contacting us by phone on 01244 352285
within the Cancellation Period. If you wish to cancel a Booking by
phone, our call centre opening hours are as follows: 9am - 7pm.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your
Booking within the Cancellation Period to receive the benefit of
this Offer. If you wish to cancel your Booking after the
Cancellation Period, you will not be entitled to a refund and the
provisions set out in Section 10 of the UK Booking Terms and
Conditions shall apply.
8. By cancelling a Booking in accordance with these terms and
conditions, you accept that the Rental Contract that relates to the
Booking will also be cancelled.
9. Where a Booking is successfully cancelled in accordance with
these terms and conditions, we will refund the Rental Charges
(including the Deposit) that you have paid for the Booking by the
same payment method. If one of our low deposit offers also applies
to a Booking (as set out in section 5 above), the full Deposit will
be refunded, even if the low deposit offer states otherwise. Please
note that refunds may take between 5 to 7 working days to appear in
your account.
10. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw the Offer at any
time (including, but not limited to, where successive Bookings are
made using our low deposit offers). If we withdraw the Offer during
your Cancellation Period for a Booking, we will at our discretion
honour the Offer, provided that the Booking is cancelled within the
Cancellation Period and in accordance with these terms and
conditions.
11. By making a Booking with us, you confirm that you accept all
these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with
them.
