1. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this £30 Promo Code (Code). By using the Code, you are deemed to have accepted them. Any failure to comply with them may result in the Code not being honoured and you having an additional £30 to pay for your booking.
2. The Code can be used; (a) when you make a booking through Sykes Cottages Ltd (Sykes) on its mobile application (App), its website, or on a Sykes Cottages Family Brand's (as defined below) website; (b) you make that booking between 00:01am on 13th March 2026 and 11:59pm on 30th March 2026; (c) the arrival date for such booking is between 13th March 2026 and 21st May 2026; and (d) the total rental charges for such booking are £300 or more (Relevant Booking).
3. Sykes Cottages Family Brands are: Best Escapes, Best of Suffolk, Carbis Bay Holidays, Coast and Country Cottages, Coast and Country Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, Dream Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Hogans Irish Cottages, John Bray Cornish Holidays, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Lakelovers, Lyme Bay Holidays, Manor Cottages, Menai Holidays, Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages, Sykes Cottages, UK Lodge Breaks and Yorkshire Coastal Cottages and UKCaravans4Hire (each, a Sykes Holiday Cottages Family Brand).
4. The Code can be applied to bookings of Forest Holidays properties on the Sykes app or website (denoted on the Sykes website/App by the text 'Forest Holidays' and by the Forest Holidays 'green leaf symbol' that is shown on such properties), but it is not valid for use on the Forest Holidays website or app.
5. When you make a Relevant Booking and you use this Code, you cannot use another Code (it's one Code per Relevant Booking) or any other promo code or coupon.
6. You must remember to use the Code on a Relevant Booking when you make it. The Code cannot be applied after a Relevant Booking has been made, or against any other existing booking.
7. In relation to what the Code is and how to use it:
7.1 Enter the Code SPRING30 into the 'Promo Code' box during checkout for your Relevant Booking; and
7.2 Upon entering a valid promo code, you will be shown a confirmation message in the voucher code section and the amount of the discount will be shown in the 'Discount' section of your holiday cost breakdown.If you pay a deposit (rather than the total amount) at the time that you make your booking, the discount that is applied by using the Code will be applied against the rental charges balance, and not against the deposit.
8. The Code is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable (it's to be used by you).
9. Sykes will not accept responsibility for any Code that is lost regardless of cause.
10. Sykes reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Code where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
