  • "Clean, comfortable and spacious cabin situated in well maintained grounds with amazing views."

Dog walking field was good with benches to have a rest and take in the view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Lovely to find milk in fridge and complimentary starter pack. Our only recommendation would be to invest in a larger smart TV and maybe a comfy armchair.

  • "Beautiful lodge has everything you need."

Lovely peaceful surroundings and the Gentleman At reception is very helpful and friendly. We had a very relaxed and comfortable few days here with our dog lovely big field for them to exercise in and lots of poo bins on site. Lodge has everything you need. The only couple of things is it would of been nice to have a radio in the property and the TV is very small and the sofas are far away a bigger TV would be beneficial. The lodge also as does the whole site have Wi Fi now it was being installed as we got there so that was very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and have praised how beautiful peaceful and well kept the whole site is and our lodge was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

  • "Overall, we had a really great time at the cabin and would go again."

Very clean property and well equipped. Appreciate the tea and coffee box and small dishwashing liquid. Also, really appreciate the small bottle of milk in the fridge. Things that could make the property more comfortable 1. Warmer lighting: white bulbs aren't great for a cottage/cabin. Make it feel less relaxing. 2. Retractable awning: It rains a lot in England, an awning would allow guests to sit on the deck and enjoy the views. 3. Wifi: it's not that expensive to add wifi to the cabins. Sykes confused us with the instructions they sent about checking in. Email said we need to collect keys from reception but there was no one there when we arrived at around 5pm, we tried calling the number provided but no one responded for 20 mins so we just went to the cabin and found it open with the keys inside. We did get a text from the number we were calling, a few minutes later, confirming that it is self check-in.

  • "Chalet Log Cabin 12 is comfortable, warm, well laid out and well equipped."

It suited us, three adults and a 9-year old very well. We did not eat out, but cooked for ourselves, as most families with young children would do. A few random dishes /.bowls for storing the inevitable leftovers in the fridge would be helpful. We did not use the dishwasher, because one meal did not fill it up, we were reluctant to waste water and electricity on a partially filled washer and there was not enough cutlery and crockery for two meals. 8 of everything rather than 6 would have been very helpful.

Thank you very much for staying at Manleigh and providing feedback. We will look into your comments and see how we can improve things for the future. During you holiday if we were made aware of the situation we could have brought you extra kitchenware to make your holiday more comfortable for you, We would love for you to come and stay again with us, if there is a next time, we will make sure that there are the extra's that you need, ready for you in your chalet. Thank you once again for choosing Manleigh Holiday Park for your holiday! We hope to see you again soon. Property Owner
