The property

Valley Lodge 31 is a villa-style, reverse-level abode located within Tamar Valley Resort in St Ann's Chapel, Cornwall.

Resting just outside of Tamar Valley AONB, this property boasts a private hot tub, as well as shared on-site facilities including an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, games room, bar, shop, and reception.

Arranged in small clusters along the valley stream, these typical lodge-style family holiday homes are arranged over two floors with upstairs and downstairs terraces to enjoy the outside space.

The ground floor has a double, a twin, and a bunk bedroom, and two bathrooms.

The first floor has a welcoming sitting room with dining area and patio doors to the decked balcony with rural views and garden furniture, plus a kitchen.

There is a terrace accessed from the master bedroom, again overlooking the valley with a table and chairs for alfresco dining and your very own hot tub.

The communal grounds are well-maintained and are ideal for children to play ball games.

Valley Lodge 31 is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby.

Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar.

A little further afield, you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs.

Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream.

St Ann’s Chapel is a pleasant hamlet resting between Monkscross and the Tamar Valley AONB. The hamlet offers a small selection of attractions including The Tamar Valley Donkey Park and a play park. Dining options include the Rifle Volunteer and the Honicombe Manor Bar Rest, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby service station. Just outside of the hamlet is Gunnislake, where you can dine at The Rising Sun. tour Gunnislake New Bridge, grab a light bite at The Koffi Lodge, go mountain biking, and hike up Chimney Rock. Next stop is Callington, where you can explore the Callington Heritage Centre, treat your loved ones to a meal at The Engine House At Compton Park, The Old Clink, or sample ales at The Cornish Ancestor Micropub.
