  • "Noise from games room above."

Fortunately it was early evening mainly although one evening it was still happening around 10pm. I'm sure if the properties were updated (furnishings and decore) they would be constantly fully booked. Great location.

  • "The cottages are located in the quiet rural village of Akeld, about a 30 minute drive from Bamburgh."

We stayed in a 2 bed cottage on the first floor and found it to be quiet and tranquil, with only the sounds of the birds chirruping! We only stayed for a week but the peace and quiet really was lovely. The cottage was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Initially, we did have a problem finding the farm cottages and drove straight past them when we arrived! We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
