Early Bird 10 Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this 10% Voucher Code (Code). By using the Code you are deemed to have accepted them. Any failure to comply with them may result in the Code not being honoured and you having an additional 10% to pay for your booking.

  2. The Code can be used (a) when you make a booking through Sykes Cottages Ltd (Sykes) on its website or a Sykes Cottages Family Brand’s (as defined below) website; (b) you make that booking between 10:00 on 02 Septmeber 2026 and 23.59 on 31 October 2026 (Relevant Booking); (c) for holidays taking place between 1st September 2027 and 31st October 2027.  

  3. Sykes Cottages Family Brands are: Abersoch Quality Homes, Best Escapes, Best of Suffolk, Carbis Bay Holidays, Coast and Country Cottages, Coast and Country Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, Dream Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Hogans Irish Cottages, John Bray Cornish Holidays, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Lakelovers, Lyme Bay Holidays, Manor Cottages, Menai Holidays, Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages, Sykes Cottages and Yorkshire Coastal Cottages. 

  4. When you make a Relevant Booking and you use this Code, you cannot use another 10% Voucher Code (it’s one 10% Voucher Code per Relevant Booking) or any other voucher code or coupon. 

  5. You must remember to use the Code on a Relevant Booking when you make it. The Code cannot be applied after a Relevant Booking has been made, or against any other existing booking.  

  6. In relation to what the Code is and how to use it: 

    6.1 Enter the Code EARLYBIRD10 into the 'Voucher Code' box during checkout for your Relevant Booking; and 

    6.2 Upon entering a valid voucher code, you will be shown a confirmation message in the voucher code section and the discount will be shown as a total figure in the 'Discount' section of your holiday cost breakdown. 

  7. The Code will be applied against the rental charges balance, and not against the deposit that you pay when you make your Relevant Booking.
     
  8. The Code is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable (it’s to be used by you).  

  9. Sykes will not accept responsibility for any 10% Voucher Codes that are lost regardless of cause. 

  10. Sykes reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the 10% Voucher Codes where it becomes necessary to do so.  

  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
