“A fabulous little cottage with spectacular views.”

The cottage was warm, very very clean & cosy We didn't get to meet the owner because we stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic. But Liz had catered for all eventualities, the little extras left like bathroom & kitchen products were a godsend while the supermarket shelves were empty. Thank you very much indeed We managed to tour around the beautiful island & really enjoyed our time there, even though everywhere was closed Looking out over the bay at night with a little 'night-cap' watching the sun go down, through the lovely big window was something we will never forget We will definitely return in the future & hopefully stay in this beautiful cottage again

The property

The open plan living space on the ground floor offers a contemporary fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a big picture window allowing stunning views towards the majestic Quiraing mountain range, across the bay and out to sea.

A large lawned garden encloses this Skye cottage, and to the side is a private seating area, a great spot for a morning coffee and perhaps with a pair of binoculars for some eagle spotting.

For walkers, the Quiraing provides dramatic scenery and well-defined pathways, leading direct from the doorstep of your Isle of Skye cottage.

The sandy beach, with its history of dinosaurs, is just a short walk away, and wildlife spotters will most certainly enjoy the seals, otters and seabirds that dwell in this unspoilt area.
