Akeld Manor Cottages

Eighteen beautiful stone cottages set in the tranquil grounds of Akeld Manor, in the foothills of the Northumberland National Park. Surrounded by the magnificent open fields of the Northumberland countryside whilst resting within easy touring distance of the Northumberland Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this group of idyllic single-storey cottages offer the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday exploring this spectacular part of the country. Each adorned with wonderfully warm and traditional interiors, the cottages can be found hosting an inviting living/dining room and an attractive country-style kitchen with solid oak cabinets that host a plethora of handy electrical appliances, answering all of your self-catering needs. At the end of the day, guests can retire to the darling bedrooms with oak furnishings and pretty floral patterns. There is a communal courtyard where guests can relax in the summer sun and embrace their stunning countryside setting, as well as ample off-road parking.
