  • "What a lovely welcome with the home-made scones!"

A generous and caring host. We found a great, clean and comfortable house, well situated for many delightful drives and walks. Among close highlights are cycling in the Manifold Valley, walking along rocky Dovedale, spotting birds at Coombes Valley and taking tea at Ramblers' Retreat in Dimmingsdale - all within 20 minutes' drive.

  • "A beautiful property, it has everything you need, towels, kitchen appliances etc and very cleans."

Shops close by should you need anything. Very peaceful! if you are planning to party, don't outside as its very residential and we got a complainant from the neighbors and we think they stopped out hot tub. But you can party inside no issues. i would 100% recommend to family looking for a nice stay the hosts were fantastic too!

  • "Very well presented property, very spacious and had everything we needed."

Fantastic views from the front of the house. Thought the main road could be a problem, but with a large front garden this wasn't an issue and we didn't notice any excessive noise either.
