Terms and Conditions

  1. This scheme is promoted by Sykes Cottages Ltd, Registration No. 4469189 and whose registered office is at One City Place, Chester, CH1 3BQ, United Kingdom (The "Promoter").
  2. To qualify for prize draw entry: you must join by agreeing to the contract terms and conditions and put your property live on www.sykescottages.co.uk before 23rd December 2019.
  3. There is only one cash prize of £5,000 available, once the winner has been selected £5,000 will be credited to their owner account 3 months after the property goes live on www.sykescottages.co.uk.
  4. Entry is currently limited to UK properties only.
  5. There is no limit to the number of properties you on-board.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject properties that it deems are not suitable for our portfolio or holiday letting.
  7. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the incentive, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
