This modern, detached house, originally part of a working farm, retains lots of its original character and is ideally suited to families and large groups of friends.

You also have a second lounge area with a spacious feel, charming woodburner to warm your toes on a cold evening and beautiful outlook over Tittesworth Reservoir.

Just off from here is a cinema room, perfect for the kids to enjoy a game or film - so don't forget to bring the popcorn!

You can eat your meals together in the more formal dining room and chat about the adventures you've got planned, the table is even extendable for any extra guests.

Towards the end of the evening, you can retire upstairs to the bedrooms, each well-presented with your comfort in mind.

The hillside market town of Leek, known as “The Queen of the Moorlands” is situated on the western side of The Peaks and is surrounded by lovely Moorland countryside.
