What’s to love: Although there are several Stable eateries operating across the West Country, the Fistral Beach version is the brand’s crown jewel. Set above Fistral Beach, The Stable offers top-notch food accompanied by some of the best views on the North Cornish coast. The restaurant was founded by an ordinary bloke called Rich, who took his passionate and respect for local produce and created The Stable chain.
