The property

Fabulously placed, this stylish, Victorian property provides spacious accommodation in the heart of the historic harbour town of Fowey, South Cornwall.

With amazing views and all the town’s amenities on your doorstep, this house is perfect for a family holiday.

Undeniably a godsend is the garage (a rarity in Fowey) with ample space to park a large car.

There are two lovely bedrooms with some period features, and with the sitting area placed on the first floor, you can sit at the bay window and admire the lovely views of the River with your morning coffee.

The décor is stylish throughout and you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to rustle up your favourite meals.

The bustling port of Fowey is full of charm with its hidden coves and beaches and is without doubt, one of Cornwall’s most idyllic holiday destinations.

The host of many events throughout the year, but best known for the annual Daphne du Maurier Festival, its fabulous Regatta Week and Christmas Market.

A stroll through the winding streets will bring you to bijou shops, boutiques and art galleries and plenty of cafes and restaurants to relax in for lunch.

Mostly water-based, there is a wide range of activities from canoeing, fishing and boat trips.

For those without seafaring legs, there are countless walks in and around the estuary and coast and for beach lovers there are many to choose from, from hidden coves to stretches of fine sand and surfing waves.
