Benoath Cove

Benoath Cove is a small, sandy beach with a backdrop of grassy cliffs. The beach is mostly covered during high tide but during low tide, there are plenty of rockpools and even caves to explore.

You can also walk to the neighbouring beach, Bossiney Haven, during this period. Dogs are welcome all year round here and so it’s a great spot for a peaceful walk or paddle. Swimming is not recommended here due to strong rip currents.
