Dropkick Murphys is undoubtedly the best venue to start a party, thanks to its numerous sports TVs, huge booths, and a nearly full-length bar.
Its location on the Grassmarket makes it an ideal spot for bar-hopping. However, it’s very likely that if you get a taste of Dropkick’s, you won’t want to leave anytime soon.
During the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August, this lovely Cowgate corner transforms into a great comedy and music venue.
