It’s a little tricky to get to Fairy Glen – Betws-y-Coed, though! The walk from the small car park (located on private land with a £1 charge) can be steep and slippy in some places. The walk, therefore, is not suitable for everyone!

The Fairy Glen – Betws-y-Coed is an enchanting and secluded spot in the Gwydir Forest in North Wales. Nestled on the outskirts of the bustling village of Betws, this spot is steeped in folklore and has inspired a plethora of poems.

The Fairy Glen in Wales features a good amount of wild swimming spots for you to make the most of, too! However, please be mindful that the water can be very cold.

It is said that fairies and sprites are amongst the toadstools that only appear under the moonlight!
