Grosvenor Park Miniature Railway
A fun addition to any visit to Grosvenor Park, the Grosvenor Park Miniature Railway is perfect for all the family. The miniature railway is usually open seasonally, often opening between 10-11am and closing between 4-5pm.
The little ones will love the railway’s locomotives! Brenda Isabella, Trevor, Robin Butterell and Byron John are the names of all the trains that follow the loop route around the kid’s play area of the park.
The line runs for a quarter of a mile, and afterwards you can look forward to stopping at the park’s on-site café for a bite to eat. Alternatively, why not enjoy a picnic in one of the park’s greens?
You could also head down to the River Dee for a riverside stroll, or stop for a bite to eat at one of the many Chester dining options nearby.
