Instow Beach

Located on the edge of the Torridge Estuary, Instow Beach is blessed with a long stretch of golden sand. The beach is suitable for families as it enjoys few waves.

A delightful promenade backs the sands, hosting a couple of spots to enjoy a bite to eat and a refreshing drink.
