Number Eight is an independent, couple-run, fine-dining restaurant perched on the River Torridge in Bideford, North Devon. Run by Chloe and Joshua who collectively have over 30 years of experience in hospitality, Number Eight guarantees an unforgettable dining experience!
Relax with pre-dinner drinks in the patio and lounge area before heading through to your table where you can pursue Number Eight’s delightful menu that changes seasonally in order to make the most of fresh and local ingredients. Some previous stand-out dishes have included, cauliflower served with a satay sauce, pineapple and carrot, wild bass with heritage tomato, courgette and basil and ox cheek accompanied by cauliflower, salsa vere and hispi cabbage.
Number Eight also serves a range of tasty cocktails such as a classic daiquiri, negroni, Aperol spritz and espresso martini! You can even warm your soul with an Irish coffee after dinner.
