Nestled in the idyllic Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park in Defynnog is The International Welsh Rarebit Centre. There is no place better to sample one of the country’s finest cheesy delicacies!
This delightful cafè oozes character and embraces the country’s heritage. Look forward to heaps of cheesy goodness as well as unique spins on the classic rarebit. These specials change depending on the local ingredients available however some firm favourites include the stout Irish, Spanish chorizo and the peppery Patagonian which had jalapenos, lime and cumin.
