Boasting a central location in Cirencester is the wonderful, fine-dining Spanish restaurant, Tierra and Marr. A family fun business supported by the owner’s countless years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
Owners Brett and Silvia have crafted a menu with a real focus on using fresh and local produce from the Cotswolds. Their tapas menu is filled with traditional Spanish dishes. The menu recommends 3-4 half portions per person, some of the best dishes include goat cheese mousse, tuna tartare, albondigas and sous vide spiced chicken thighs!
They even offer a five-course, Tapas sharing menu for £32 pound per person. Look forward to tucking into homemade bread with Spanish dips, a Spanish Iberian platter, Goat’s cheese mousse, spiced chicken thighs, a paella of your choice and churros with chocolate to finish!
