    Celebrating Brixham’s heritage, this award-winning festival brings together families for a three-day event. Comprising of fireworks, competitions, craft exhibitions and live music, this is a wonderful celebration, in its seventh year running.

  • Dartmouth Regatta

    Dartmouth Regatta has been an established event in Devon since 1834. Consisting of various rowing and sailing events, the programme also incorporates big air displays, firework shows, a large fair and more. The event attracts around 100,000 people and is one of the largest events to take place in the South West.

  • Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink

    EX1 1HS

    Held in the scenic grounds of Exeter Castle Courtyard and Northernhay Gardens, Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink takes place in the month of May, attracting around 20,000 visitors. This award-winning event includes cookery demonstrations, live music, and even appearances from celebrity chefs.

  • Sidmouth Folk Week

    The first week of August each year is home to Sidmouth Folk Week festival, a week-long celebration centred around the arts of dance and music. Offering something for everyone, children enjoy the street theatre, storytelling and games within Blackmore Gardens. As part of BBC Music Day on 15th June 2017, the festival was awarded a Blue Plaque for its cultural contributions.

  • The Devon County Show

    This agricultural event takes place Thursday – Sunday during the third week in May at Westpoint Arena and Showground near Exeter. The event brings together the best in local produce and celebrates country life and farming. See a variety of animals, enjoy shows and learn more about agriculture.
