Situated just a five-minute drive from the centre of Keswick on Derwentwater in the heart of the Lake District, Keswick Climbing Wall makes for the ideal activity during your visit to the lakes.
The Keswick Climbing Wall and Activity Centre is based at Goosewell Farm, right next to the ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle and boasts stunning views of St John’s in the Vale and Helvellyn range.
The climbing wall has over 40 top rope climbs reaching as high as eight metres, providing climbers of all abilities with a suitable challenge. You can take a lesson to get started or, if you’re an experienced climber, you can get involved with the regular competitions and workshops that take place.
Keswick Climbing Wall is open seven days a week and is the perfect place to get some climbing in on a rainy day.
