“The house was in the best setting and honestly the views are amazing!”

It was lovely to wake up to.

It was lovely to wake up to. The showers were disappointing for the cost of rental. Cold showers are not great when you have been out all day. The only other thing I would have liked is the grass to have been mown before we arrived. Otherwise, lovely house, plenty of room and lovely views. We did leave an item behind and the housekeeper very kindly posted this to us so thank you for that.

This luxury detached holiday home is set in a spectacular seaside location in Downderry on the south east coast of Cornwall.

With elevated panoramic sea views all the way to Looe Island from the terrace, this magnificent house is perfect for a family holiday by the sea.

Sit and relax on the rattan furniture and loungers whilst you sip on a cooling drink after a day spent building sandcastles on the beach.

The pretty seaside village of Downderry is just down the hill and offers a traditional Cornish pub, an excellent bistro as well as a general store and Post Office.Take a short stroll down hill to Downderry beach, with its numerous rock pools, where dogs are permitted all year round.

The popular towns of Looe and Polperro are just short drives away whilst the city of Plymouth and all its attractions is only a half hour drive. The excellent Whitsand Bay with its four mile stretch of sandy beach is also close by and is a must for beach lovers.
