On the ground floor you can discover one of the sleeping spots; a double bedroom boasting its own en-suite shower room.

This crisp white room is a wonderful spot for those less able, as well as being able to be arranged with either a king sized or twin beds on request, catering to a variety of group needs.

There is also a cloakroom accessed from the slate floored hallway. Up on the first floor, you can find a further double, this one served by an en-suite bathroom.

Kick back and relax with an indulging bath at the end of a fun-filled day before snuggling up beneath the luxurious linens. The sitting room can be found settled on the first floor too, home to a warming electric stove-effect fire.

Share your favourite moments from the holiday whilst sinking into one of the plush, cream sofas, or take a seat at the window and delve into a good book, with the view through the trees of the Penryn River and the pretty Georgian buildings of Falmouth beyond as your scenic backdrop.

Sit out in your private patio in the morning, before you take a stroll through the village to the local beach.

A short drive away to Mylor Bridge, you will find a butchers, fish shop and shop.

Gather your own ingredients from the local shop for that family-favourite dinner, or indulge in a delicious dining experience in one of the village's pubs.

Spend time on the beach soaking in the sun and making the most of your beautiful surroundings, with glimpses of Falmouth visible from here, or venture into the town itself by catching one of the regular ferries from the village.
