  • "Had a lovely time but the chalet was a bit damp."

A little smelly. Bedding felt damp at night, like camping. Someone else's clothes left on the back of the bedroom door and one of the bedspreads really dirty in the kids bedroom, needed washing which means hadn't been done between guests. The bath panel was caved in as well.

  • "The water was off for nearly the entire holiday."

We had no flush, shower or drinking water. The water in the toilet was black at one point. This was due to a problem on the campsite. There was no refuse bin in the chalet - nowhere to put rubbish. The TV was broken (signal very bad or non existent). It was meant to have a DVD player. At length we found one under the sofa - but no DVDs!! WiFi at the campsite main building was flakey. Not much mobile phone signal at the park either.

We are very sorry for the water issues you experienced during your stay, unfortunately this was a Water Service Provider issue, not the Park or the Chalet. Property Owner
