Customer amendments policy

We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand, to maintain the best customer experience as possible we have built and deployed an online tool to enable you to amend your booking in line with our new Covid-19 policy, you can access it through your account.

Sykes are continuously monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus and it is important to us that we offer support and reassurance to our customers during this time.

We recognise the need for some customers to alter their holiday arrangements due to the current situation and we will work closely with our owners to enable this.

This policy relates to:

  • If you are due to travel up to and including 4th June 2020 you can amend free of charge within the same property*


*Any increase in holiday cost will be charged
